Finally feel as if I'm making some progress. Didn't
come too far today, but that's Ok. I didn't really expect
to. Basically didn't get out of Osoyoos till late --
trying to dry everything out from yesterday's downpour.
So out of Osoyoos at about 2:30, uphill for 15-20 miles
-- that took me 3 1/2 hours -- then all downhill to Rock
Creek (dinner). After dinner about 20km to Misway (well,
about 5km short, but close enough). That was a good ride.
All in dark, but that's Ok. Was nice and cool. So from
what I've heard, there's a big hill btw here and Grand
Forks (tomorrow night). I don't expect that to be too much
fun, but we shall see. I feel kinda good being past Rock
Creek, since that is the farthest East I have been; in
memory at least. So now I feel as if I am finally in
"uncharted territory." Maybe that's why I feel as if I am
*finally* makeing some progress... :)
